Kiss The Ground Garden

With the help of hundreds of volunteers, we have created a garden for the community on Venice Blvd in partnership with the nonprofits Beyond Baroque and SPARC. The garden serves as a hub for gardening workshops, community gatherings, events, and classes. It’s a demonstration of how public space in our communities can be used differently.

Currently the food grown in the garden is donated to our volunteers and St. Joseph Center’s homeless/low-income culinary training students who take regular classes at the garden.

Design guidance is provided by WERK, Charles Anderson Landscape Architecture and Big Red Sun.
